One of my many hats is Virtual Assistant.

I’ve worked in Customer Service and Administration most of my working life. (That’s a pretty long time!) I was a book-keeper for eight of those years too. I’ve also worked in Sales, although I prefer to be behind the scenes ensuring customers are totally happy. 

So I have a wide skill set.

I’m really passionate about quality of customer service and efficiency of processes.

Being a Virtual Assistant means that I get to work on a lot of different projects and utilise my creative and logical side in many different ways.
